Request a Room
Welcome to the Boston Ronald McDonald House’s online system to Request a Room. If you are new to the site, click sign up. This system is for new and returning families.
The Boston House is somewhat unique from most other Ronald McDonald Houses in that we provide a “home-away-from-home” for children being treated for cancer, children who require a stem cell transplant, or children receiving treatment for the aftereffects of previous cancer treatment or an earlier stem cell transplant. Our young patients receive their treatment at Boston Children’s Hospital and/or Dana-Farber Cancer Institute’s Jimmy Fund Clinic. Occasionally, we are able to accommodate families of children with cancer being treated at other hospitals if space allows and the treatment is short-term. To accommodate the maximum amount of families in the fairest way possible, our rooms are meant for the patient’s parent/guardian and siblings, and each family is eligible for one room only. Please call us at 617-734-333 between 9 a.m. and 8:30 p.m. if you have any questions.
A room request is NOT a room reservation. Please call 617-734-3333 from 9 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. with any questions.
